Private tuition

Private tuition is available throughout the academic year and during holidays. It is usually conducted at Albion College in Bloomsbury (Holborn) or at the tutor's home.

Tuition is available for the following boards and levels:

 - GCSE

 - A-level (Edexcel, Nuffield, OCR-Salter's, OCR, AQA)

 - Birkbeck College chemistry

 - Chemistry for nurses, nutritionists, conservationists, etc

 - AP chemistry ( for students attending American colleges)

 - International Baccalaureate chemistry

 - GAMSAT and GMAT chemistry for applicants to medical school

It is advisable to begin tuition well in advance of any exams. This is especially the case where students are having difficulty understanding key concepts.

However, in some cases, students have studied consistently throughout the year and do not have any problems with knowledge and understanding. In these situations, tuition can be advisable two or three months before exams, mainly to improve examination technique and to review past papers.
